ELIGIBILITY:

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Must be 21 years or older to win as of the date of entry. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.  Entries will be accepted through11:59:59 pm EST on Deadline for Entry date. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to another person, nor requests for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for appliedgolf to use Winner’s name, likeness, voice, photo, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Employees of each location are not eligible. The winner will be selected by a random draw. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection of a winner. Appliedgolf shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within [5 days] from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
